The restaurant hadn't updated their menu in what must have been some time, because there was a significant difference in the list price, and what they actually charged. I was given a call by EZCater to inform me of this, and while their customer service was outstanding, the restaurant has to own this. The pasta in all dishes was overcooked and the spaghetti bolognese (which ended up being double the list price) came with very little sauce.

We left a note to the order to have the delivery to call the personnel but the driver did not.

Unfortunately, this order was 25 minutes late. EZCater made it right, but not before the restaurant called me directly to argue with me, raising her voice to speak over me and tell me that the order was absolutely on time and that no mistakes were made on this delivery. I double checked the original order and I ordered the food for delivery at 11AM. I got a call at 1114AM (During our training!) from the delivery person who was unaware of the actual address, unaware of the delivery directions in the app and maybe afraid to get out of the car to deliver to our location despite that being in those delivery instructions. I had to send a crew upstairs to assist with the delivery. The food arrived in our conference room at 1125AM. 25 minutes late. This was not a good experience. Hoping for better next time.

Pizza Fridays are their all time favorites! We will order again.
