This review pains me to do but having the order delivered over an hour late is unacceptable. The orders we make via Ezcater are for our customers. We had frustrated customers waiting for their lunch, we also had some big wigs visiting and to have the order arrive so late was not good. It wasn't until I called Ezcater that I found out what was going on. No one from Village Baker called to explain the delay until 20 mins prior to the already late delivery. I feel that was unprofessional. So the two star is for that. We have always enjoyed the food at Village Baker and would very much like to keep ordering from there as it's one of our favorites, but if something like this happens again, we will have to rethink that.

Food was great and fresh. Received bowls for soup but no plates for rest of food.

Food was delicious, on time and exactly what we ordered. Group ordering was wonderful!

Great food, nice set up. Wish the salad had more toppings for our gluten-allergy folks to fill up on. Soup did not come with a serving utensil.
