The restaurant didn't make the food when they were supposed to. They then made the excuse that it was EZ Caters fault. food arrived 1.25hrs late. Eventually the catering manager stopped picking up his phone becuae he didnt have an answer for me where thr food was in route to my location. Office enjoyed the food. The driver did their best. Ive used ezcater for 7 years. this is the first time this has ever happened.
