We order catering once a week for our staff and we have ordered in the past from Villa Italian. We ordered Chicken Parm, meatballs, spaghetti, salad and dessert. We never received the meatballs or the salad. I contacted ezcatering right away to let them know. Ezcatering said the restaurant stated they did send the meatballs (we never got them) but the salad they forgot and to have one of our employees come to pick the salad up at their restaurant. I don't know where the meatballs went but we never received them. Ezcatering did give us credit for the missing items but we won't be ordering from Villa Italian again.
