I ordered 16 box lunches, and while the food itself was ok, I noticed that the delivery was a bit inconvenient. The lunches were delivered without any bags, which made it quite challenging to transport them all to our conference room. I had to find and use a cart to move all the boxes, which wasn't ideal in the middle of a busy day. I understand that sometimes these details can be overlooked, but having bags or an easier way to carry the lunches would have been very helpful.

The box lunches are not labeled but the food are very tasty.
