I would not recommend anyone to use them for catering. I placed a catering order and 3 of my individually boxed specialty meals were not packed for the driver to deliver. Instead of fixing the issue EZCater and Velvet Taco both kept passing responsibility and Velvet Taco refused to take responsibility or fix the issue.

The quality of the tacos seem to be getting worse. Food arrived cold and the chips were stale. They were even missing one of our orders.
