The ordering process was straight forward. The team did reach out for clarification on the order and explained about quantity of items ordered. The food arrived medium hot, but was acceptable to eat. My only issue was the delivering of the food and the set-up. I did select set-up for the order, but had to take a team of people to pick the order up from the loading dock and follow through with the set-up ourselves.

This order was not fulfilled. The order was confirmed by the restaurant a few days before our scheduled delivery. Unfortunately, the time we expected delivery came and went and there was no food delivered. EzCater provided us a full refund and a small discount off our next order, but the team was left without lunch for their day long meeting. It was not a good experience. We hope that EzCater and the restaurant figure out what went wrong to save another team from going through this same experience.
