Dear ezCater, I’m writing to share feedback on a Utopia Bagels order from June 17. Unfortunately, this experience was the opposite of my prior order on June 11. The delivery arrived almost 40 minutes early, and the bagels did not seem fresh. While I appreciate that only cream cheese was included (and not butter, which my team does not eat), I was embarrassed to serve bagels that tasted and looked stale. On June 11, the leftover bagels were still fresh the next day. In contrast, the leftover bagels from June 17 were hard the next day and had to be thrown away. I was very disappointed with this order, and I’m giving this experience 1 star.

Dear ezCater, This was not my first experience with Utopia Bagels. I’ve been buying bagels from their Whitestone (Queens) location for decades, and our family has always loved them. When I saw they opened a new location on 34th Street in Manhattan, I decided to order for my team at work. On June 11, I ordered the 2 Dozen Bagels Spread, which included two Joey Coffee containers, butter, and cream cheese. The delivery was right on time—exactly as scheduled. The bagels were fresh, and the presentation in the large trays looked great for our meeting. Because this was a great experience, I plan to order from Utopia Bagels again for our next meeting on June 17.

A reliable neighborhood staple though I would not order the Bialy from them. Bagels are great though.
