We use Urban Cookhouse a lot, and will continue to do so. They have wonderful food. With this order, there were some balls dropped, if you will. Lunch was to be delivered at 11:45, and he got here with it at 10:24. He was very kind, and left the warm bags so the food could stay in there and hopefully keep warm until the meeting broke for lunch. Then, when I went down to pull everything out, I was missing a side. EZCater was able to get them on the phone, and the guy brought it within 15 mins. EZCater also gave us a $35 credit. The guy was very apologetic, and we all make mistakes, which is why I say I know we will continue to use them. This was the first time I had anything wrong with them.
