The delivery was scheduled for 2:30 PM, but setup wasn’t completed until shortly after 3 PM. Unfortunately, the food didn’t hold up well. The corn was soggy, the corn dogs were overcooked, the cheese curds had melted into one large mass, and the pork turned out dry. Given these issues, it may be worth reconsidering whether this type of meal is a good fit for the catering menu if it doesn’t maintain quality after transport and setup.

Delivery was smooth and on time. The food itself was just OK. Guests really loved the Swedish Meatballs, but the mini corndogs were so overcooked they were hardly edible and there were complaints about the corn. The cheese curds were hardly touched.

Order was delivered right on time and was exactly what we ordered. Delivery driver was friendly!

The food arrived far too early. I had clearly noted that the event started at 3:30pm and requested delivery for 3:00pm, but it was delivered by 2:30pm, which was not ideal for the timing of our event. Additionally, I wouldn’t recommend the large group serving of the chocolate and strawberry mousse. I think more guests would have tried it if it had been offered in individual portions.

Everything tasted great! The chicken and beef tips were a hit with everyone. The green beans were okay, but the strawberry pecan salad was absolutely phenomenal.
