First time ordering from Uncle Nick's for a physician office meeting in Shiloh. Ratings were all very good, but the order showed up an hour early. I received a text at 9 am the order would be delivered at Noon. Our team was not there to receive, got confusing for the office - unsure about the service. I understand 15 mins. early but an hour is too far ahead when the plan in Noon. The food was very good but had to find a refrigerator to keep the sandwiches cold for that long.

Driver arrived perfectly on time and assisted getting the supplies into the building. Couldn't be happier with the delivery and the food which was individually wrapped for each person.
