Umami Express was incredible! The team loved it! We ordered the juicy chicken and juicy pork shoulder and WOW they sure were juicy. We ended up running out of sauces, but the juice and tenderness from the meats made up for it. The food came a bit earlier than the scheduled time, but we were able to adjust our schedule and grab the food in time. Will definitely consider ordering this again.

First time ordered from this caterer, well received by our employees. Good quantity, we had some chicken leftover. If possible, we would like to request them to pack the sauces in larger containers, rather than micro individual containers. It is much easier to serve from a bigger container & spoon. I placed the rice, cabbage, steamed veggies first then meat & Tofu. This was easier for the people to assemble their own Umami bowls. Fresh & ripe avocado. Red onion adds some kick to the dish. Will order again.
