Bagels were good but getting them was not easy. A lovely delivery person showed up, but when she went to check that the order was correct, it was not. It was for someone else (hopefully they eventually got their order). I called the store to let them know and they said they never received my order (even though it was confirmed twice in the app). They checked again and saw it was there, so the delivery person offered to go back to get it once they started preparing it. Someone from EZ Cater called me half an hour later to tell me that the store was refusing to let a new delivery person pick up the order and I had to come get it myself. My coworker offered to pick it up, but it was just a lot of unneeded stress early in the morning. Easy cater offered us a discount, which was so nice of them, but I don’t plan on ever ordering from here again.
