Ez cater did a great job communicating but this customer (twisted sugar) just didn’t show up to work that day so we paid but no one was there to give us our order. Very frustrating that the owner would accept an order and not show up/nor tell us that they weren’t showing up. Won’t ever order from this location again.

What a treat on National Sugar Cookie Day...a yummy, delicious cookie for our team members to enjoy at lunch. Driver was awesome and even helped carry the order into the facility.

This was an absolute disaster. Only a small fraction of the order was delivered. They sent a second driver with the remainder of the order and the driver got in a car accident on the way there. I waited for almost two hours to get the rest of the order and my customers never got the full order. The manager was nice, but at the end of the day my business suffered because of their error.
