I was really disappointed with this place. They were 45 min late and once it arrived, it was not hot and quesadilla don't do well if they aren't hot. On top of that, how do you advertise a cowboy breakfast with quesadilla and not include any salsa or sour cream to go with them?

Food was delicious, delivery was on time, and the driver was friendly. I did not receive a serving utensil, so I had to scramble at the last minute and the sauce tray had a crack in it and it got every where.

The food was delivered at the perfect time, it taste amazing, and they offered many selections to please any crowd. I will be ordering with them in the future!

I appreciate Twelve Baskets for preparing and delivering our catering order, but I was disappointed by the missing items. Our lunch boxes were advertised as including water, but none was provided. I also previously ordered a breakfast bar that was supposed to include ketchup and hot sauce, but those were missing as well. These may seem like small details, but when coordinating meals for a group, I rely on the menu descriptions to be accurate. I hope there can be better consistency between what is advertised and what is actually delivered.
