Staff loved the bbq, the brisket, smoked turkey & sausage were delicious. Great side options, the Mac & cheese & potato salad were very popular too. Great value, will use again!

Both EZ Caterer and True Texas BBQ communicated with me during the entire process as I ordered enough food for 150 guests at my wedding. The food proportions were great and we loved the ease of each entree coming individually wrapped. True Texas BBQ also was the most cost effective compared to any other restaurant to help save expenses that usually add up in a wedding. Would recommend!
