Delivery was a little late but only due to the weather. food and service was great!

The delivery arrived an hour late and took a very long time to set up afterword. The food was very good, but the delivery lateness and set up speed was a restriction on the event.

True Texas BBQ has become a staple Item for us. The brisket is excellent. However on a couple of occasions the brisket has been cut into very large chunks which makes portioning difficult. The brisket in these meals should be sliced about 3/8" thick, not 1 -1/4" thick.

Huge sandwiches, large order executed perfectly, everything was labeled and warm. Plenty of BBQ sauce, pickles and onions. Will definitely order again.
