We recently ordered from Tropical Cuisine for a special event, and while there were some highlights, there were also a few areas that need attention. To begin with, the sandwiches served were undeniably delicious. They were well-prepared, flavorful, and a hit among the attendees. It's clear that Tropical Cuisine takes pride in their sandwich offerings, and I would happily recommend them for future events. However, the soup presented a couple of issues that I feel need to be addressed. Upon serving, the soup was cold, which was disappointing, as a warm soup is generally expected at catered events. Additionally, it came to my attention that the chicken soup contained bones, which was not indicated on the menu. This oversight caught me off guard when a member of our leadership team informed me that he had bitten down on a bone while enjoying the soup. This situation could have been easily avoided with clearer communication regarding the ingredients.
