Trophy is great! I accidentally ordered for the wrong day and the business was able to pivot and deliver the order a day earlier than scheduled. I appreciated the personal touch from Honey when confirming my order. Thanks so much; the platters were a huge hit!

Initially, there was an issue with the delivery with a risk of it being delayed past the requested time; however, that issue was resolved. Upon delivery, initially, only 6 cupcakes were provided when the order was for 2 dozen cupcakes. Our onsite POC had to chase down the delivery driver to retrieve the rest of the cupcakes. However, once all of that was resolved, our team thoroughly enjoyed the cupcakes and said they were great!
