Would give ZERO stars if I could. Absolute AWFUL experience. Restaurant accepted order however decided they would not actually be fulfilling it. I attempted to call the restaurant 7 times (plus however many ezcater also attempted to call) and they chose to send me to voicemail after one/two rings each time. It took me physically leaving my lunch location driving to the restaurant myself to get an answer on where the food was. They let me know they were aware of the order and I guess just decided they would not fulfill it nor would they communicate that to me. The WORST customer service I have experienced in quite some time.
