Food was great as usual. Previous delivery issues were resolved and food was delivered on time

The food was great as always. Just a little constructive feedback. When processing a large order, as I have placed three times in the last two months to Baptist Hospital, please have the food ready on time. That means if the designated pick up time is 12 PM, Have the food ready at 12 PM. All three orders were tardy by at least 10 minutes. And I don’t think this is the drivers fault because I can trace it on the app. I will continue to use, and maybe have to build in an extra space of time which is unfortunate. I want to support this business

Was about 10 minutes late. If order says 12 PM, order should be ready by 12 PM.
