This is not a reflection on the food since we never got it delivered. For a client meeting the driver had almost arrived and called to let me know he had the wrong order. Henry the driver said he could be back in a hour with the correct order. When I googled mapped the delivery it was a hour and 20 minutes. Then after waiting a hour ezCater calls to tell me they were refunding me because the food was delivered at the incorrect place and they couldn’t remake the order. Clients were hungry and upset… very disappointing ezCater and to tell me I could get a promo of 20% off for the next order even more frustrating as this is the 3 time it had happen in the last month of not making anything ez. Also the 20% promo has been offered each time and never sent to me.

Very well wrapped items which made for clean delivery. Sandwich tray was very delicious and cannolis were a big hit!
