My team gets wildly excited when they hear that Torchy's is catering lunch. I mean, they have the best queso TO EXIST. This particular order was for a large headcount (80+) and it took us some time to set-up because everything was pieced in smaller vessels. I think if Torchy's combined multiple quesos/guacomoles/smaller vats -- into the LARGE vats together -- it would be easier for set-up and less waste. For instance: we had 5 queso quart tubs -- pour all that into a bigger tray together and let's go! :) We also had multiple combo corn/flour tortillas -- each tray had one on top of the other -- why not at that point do trays for strictly corn and strictly flour? We moved it all around at set-up. Just suggestions from a seasoned admin that orders a lot of catering! :) TY!

Torchys is always amazing, however it was kind of frustrating to see some of the items I'd requested weren't marked. I had several tacos without pico or without onions and nothing was labeled. and it's kind of impossible to search through 60 tacos when you've got a line of hungry people.
