Amazing food. Always prepared to perfection. On time delivery. Friendly staff. Only thing I would ask is more shredded cheese. I have catered lunch twice through Torchy's Tacos and we ran out of shredded cheese both times. Also, ezCater should define the rating scale for the delivery experience. It gives 1-5 choice, but does not state if 1 is the best and 5 is the worst, or if 1 is the worst and 5 is the best. I hope I got it right. My delivery experience was great. Thank you!

Did not have a way to transport the food to the 9th floor. Driver was very apologetic and kind.

As much as I love Torchy's and have had zero issues ordering from EZCater, somehow they did not have my full order printed on the receipt taped to the bag. I was missing a taco on the receipt that Torchy's had printed out (and marked that they had all the tacos) yet I had paid for and ordered more. Although it definitely was not ideal to be missing a taco, this person was able to still be full due to the chips and queso/guac I also ordered. And EZCater was quick to refund me for that missing taco. I will try Torchy's again to see if we can get past this.
