Delivery people were amazing, the food was not ready at pick up and they waited 1.5 hours for Tito's to finish the order. It was supposed to arrive at 11:30 and we did not get it until almost 1.

No issues with delivery driver. Restaurant failed to deliver the fajitas for 35 ppl. They actually asked if someone can pick up the missing food when they answered the call, which was at least an hour of trying to connect with them. Undeniably disappointed in Tito’s handling and completion of this order. EZ catering credited the missing food after I declined to pick it up. Also, disappointed in EZ catering while using the chat, seemed I had to explain like they couldn’t see the missing food in their end, and I was still charged for the delivery fee, which should have been discounted or credited.
