I want to be clear that everything negative is on the restaurant, not on the EZCater team. I ordered Build Your Own Bowl bar for 65 people and what came was nowhere near enough. They sent one half catering pan of rice, the base of 65 bowls. They sent one catering pan of chips. I reached out for help and Lucifer, from the EZCater team, immediately contacted the restaurant for more food. He spent 45+ minutes on the phone with Tipsy Pickle, trying to get them to agree to bring more food - they told him what they delivered was appropriate. I genuinely can't understand them standing behind it... there is no way it was enough. They then said they were too short staffed to deliver and asked if I could come pick it up. Finally, 90 minutes from my call to EZCater, they delivered more food. I would not recommend them at all. It's one thing to send the wrong amount but they doubled down and delayed making it right.

The bacon burrito was everyone's favorite out of the steak, bacon and veggie chorizo ones. No one liked the veggie chorizo- would not order again. Also, the fruit tray was ... different. It had watermelon, pineapple, honeydew- wasn't that good. Would order again though but not the fruit or that specific burrito.
