If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I placed a catering order two days in advance for an important event, receiving confirmation that everything was set. However, just an hour before the event, I was informed by ezCater that Tinos was unable to fulfill my order. This news came after the driver had already arrived at the location, only to find no order ready. When I called Tinos myself, I encountered extremely poor customer service. There was no clear explanation for their failure to deliver, leaving me scrambling to find an alternative solution at the last minute. This experience was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional, and I will never trust Tinos for any future catering needs.

TINOS OFFERS A GREAT VARIETY OF FOOD THAT ALWAYS ARRIVES HOT AND FRESH. STAFF ENJOYED THE MEAL.
