Unfortunately The Works has become less reliable over time. One time I ordered lunch for an office through them using DoorDash and they gave the entire food order to the wrong driver. They did nothing to fix it and refused to remake the food. On my most recent order through EZcater they delivered the food an hour and a half early so all the soups were cold. Again, no apology or explanation. The food is decent but definitely Disappointing service and overpriced for what it is.

I cannot say enough great things about experience. The food (maci cheese, chili, and quinoa autumn bowls were amazing. All 90 attendees loved the food.
