The order arrived on time as usual, Velvet Cactus is absolutely reliable. The food is always delish...it was a 4 hour meeting and everyone was looking forward to lunch. I think the only feedback would be the Caesar salad with the tortilla chips. with it being lettuce, is softened the tortilla chip; I believe the quality of the dish was flawed as a result; perhaps put it on the side and once it arrives have it poured.

Velvet Cactus was delicious. In fact, almost all the food was eaten and gone by the group that we had. The Dip Trio was fantastic! And all the condiments to be added to the taco was more than enough to ensure everyone was able to build their taco to their hearts desire. Will order again!
