When I placed the order for the event, I selected a delivery time of 830am. The delivery did not arrive to me until 8:50 my breakfast for 275 people was scheduled at 9am. This was not a good look and embarrassing to our visitors, that at 9am we were still setting up. The three drivers mentioned that the restaurant was running behind. I understand this was a large order, as it was for 200+ people. However, considering I placed this order almost a month ago I expected to see it arrive on time. This made me look bad in front of senior leaders.
