Salad was a hit! For the burgers, they forgot to provide the lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, grilled onions, ketchup, mustard, burger sauce. Fortunately, I had added crispy onions, avocado, and bacon along with the charred scallion sauce, so burgers were still a hit!
