We ordered before from Pacific Bowls and were looking forward to our food. The order was accepted but never delivered. I called EZ 15 min post expected delivery was on hold for a long time to find that the restaurant did not make the food and did not have a driver available. I understand that things happen but for a large order like this, knowing this morning would have been acceptable instead of finding out 30 min post scheduled delivery.
