Our order arrived 45 minutes late, and unfortunately, we received no communication about the delay. We had also paid extra for a chafing dish setup, but no water or lighter was provided, leaving us to troubleshoot how to use the equipment ourselves. We were disappointed by the lack of follow-through on these details.
