Having previously enjoyed the BBQ Feast, we were disappointed with the quality of today's burger bar. The meat was thin and bland, and the buns were too bready and not toasted. And how can you be a local food place and provide generic mayo packets? This is the South, send Duke's! Additionally, the coleslaw was watery and the pickle spears had an unusual taste. While the caramel popcorn was excellent, the rest of the meal did not meet our expectations, particularly compared to our previous experience. Hopefully management can read this so it can be addressed for future orders.

I ordered boxed lunches for a board meeting we had today and the sandwiches (turkey, italian, and roast beef) were awesome. The delivery was smooth and the delivery driver was probably one of the nicest people I have every encountered during a delivery. He also helped me set up and made sure I had what I needed.
