We marked the box for utensils kit- knife, fork, spoon & napkin - they charged us $45 for the utensils. The order arrived without plates. We called the RUDE manager and she said that we didnt order plates. PLATES ARE NOT OFFERED AS A LINE ITEM ON THE MENU. You would have thought since we ordered and paid for the utensils that they would have assumed we needed plates too. I would not recommend based on their service. We checked the box for the delivery person to help us set up. They said they were 3rd party and didnt do that. :(

We ordered for a upper management dinner and typically have no issues. I was not getting the typical updates I usually would, and figured that the food might be a little late. The order was a full hour late. Only after speaking with customer service did I finally get an update on where our order was. Customer service rep was extremely helpful and made me feel better about us receiving our order. Not a big deal, just wish there was more communication on the restaurants end and the drivers end. Once the food arrived, the aroma of the pasta overwhelmed our noses with glee. Food was still warm despite its tardiness, and overall was a great experience. Our delivery fee got waived and the next order has a $100 discount. EZ Cater takes care of its users.
