We decided to give The Kebab Factory a second chance with the small group lunch we already had scheduled. Surely, handing the food to a random bunch of people was a fluke mistake by a delivery driver, and we were assured that the restaurant owner would be keeping an eye on this one. Well...when 12:15 rolled around with no word, we reached out to EZC again and I was told, "from what I gathered, he said he delivered the order around 11:30 and a lady picked it up." Again, no call, no text, for the noon delivery. Just handed it to some random person. Apparently, this time the delivery person was the restaurant owner? Needless to say, I hope the people who did get our lunches enjoyed them, and I will never try to order from the Kebab Factory again. Lesson learned.

I was so disappointed with the Kebab Factory. We were celebrating Diwali at work, and the food was ordered for 11:45. After many calls back and forth, they arrived about 1:10, and he was very disrespectful. Unfortunately, we will NEVER use them again, even though we have had luck with them in the past.

The food was really good but it arrived 45 minutes late. Have your order delivered much earlier than you need.

The food was delicious, however, I expected bigger portions for the quantity I ordered. I placed an order for 14 people but the Chicken Tikka Masala was enough for about 10 people. The order said that utensils would be included and they were not.
