Food was good, but they never called me for the delivery so I was waiting in the lobby well past the delivery time (they had delivered early and left the food with the receptionist, but didn't mark as delivered or anything), and the order was missing one of the vegetarian options (replaced with two sandwiches I did not order)

I ordered a mix of a bunch of random sandwiches, it was also a last minute order so I wasn't sure if they would accept it but they did which was great! I've ordered from here several times and definitely recommend it for big groups

I ordered a sandwich platter, Handy Salad, and fruit salad for a Board event. The service was punctual, and the sandwiches were excellent, fresh and delicious. However, I was disappointed with the Handy Salad. It was mostly a large platter of cabbage with very few mixed greens, barely any tomatoes or cucumbers, and just a small amount of red onions. It did not match the description or expectations. Other than that, the fruit salad and sandwiches were great, and the staff was on time with the delivery. We will definitely oder again from Handy Deli. Many thanks to Alejandra, from Ez Cater who assisted me promptly and helped resolve the issue with a refund.
