I don't know what changed but we've ordered like 6 times in the last year with no issues and this time was a train wreck. Special instructions weren't followed, all the pita was missing (and they said they didn't have a driver to deliver it), portions were so much smaller that we totally ran out of food, and service was terrible from ezCater. Also frustrating that the ordering options changed so I can no longer order a single dietary restriction meal but have to piece it together from a bulk order of falafel. Truly disappointing.

Food had a good portion. However, delivery person didn't speak English and expected me to speak in Spanish. Also, he went to a different building and I had to look for him.
