The cupcakes were a huge hit! Unfortunately, there was an issue with the restaurant’s understanding of how payment processing works through EZ Cater, and they initially refused to release the order to the driver. I contacted EZ Cater support directly to help resolve the situation and get everything straightened out. However, during that time, the original driver had to leave, and a replacement driver had to be assigned. As a result, the order arrived later than expected.
