Ordered for an executive lunch - There were no napkins, eating or serving utensils, or plates included. The bread was just a big loaf not cut into pieces. Hard to rate, the gentleman delivering was great, but the order was lacking items as stated above.

Food arrived late, but was delicious. I'd order again, just need a heads up when they are going to be late. I received a message after my scheduled time that they were on the way.
