First, let me say the food was EXCELLENT! However, the delivery experience was so horrible, I don;t think I can ever use The Catch again. Delivery was supposed to be at 11 for an 11:30 start time. Drivers were still outside at 11:20 with the trunk open. Several items spilled, they had no bags, boxes or carts for an office of 45 people. Food didn’t get set up until NOON! The plates were the last thing to be taken out of the car. There was absolutely no pre-planning for this delivery. I had 12 people who didn’t get to eat because the food wasn’t available on their lunch shift. The juice from the red beans and rice spilling covered every container. It was a complete mess.
