We were very happy with our order and service!

Unfortunately, The Bread Factory did not provide utensils, sugar, cups, plates, napkins or serving utensils for this breakfast and there was not enough cream cheese and fruit in the order. Bagels were tasty but the lack of necessary items was a major inconvenience.

The accepted my order the night before expected delivery and packaged everything so well so it doesn't spill when unpacking. Tasty and reliable would order again!

Everything arrived on time and was neatly organized and set up. Staff appreciated the food and the fruit was delicious, clean, and ripened to perfection.

Sandwiches were tasty but not reflective of what was on the menu.
