Stopped by this bagel bar on a whim and ended up staying way longer than planned. The bagels are boiled and baked in-house, so you get that perfect chewy crust with a soft center — none of that bready, doughy texture you get at chain spots. I went with an everything bagel loaded with scallion cream cheese, and the ratio of toppings to bagel was spot on (no bare patches, no getting your face buried in seeds either).
