Thai Peacock did a great job offering variety. There were vegetarian options like tofu Pad Thai and veggie curry, as well as gluten-free choices. The ability to mix proteins (chicken, beef, tofu) in different dishes gave everyone something to enjoy. The range of spice levels also allowed guests to choose what worked best for them.
