Food was good, delivered on time. I was missing an item and when I called the guy just blew me off like it wasn't his problem. Had to run to a local spot to get the missing meal.

The order was supposed to be delivered at 11:45. I called EZcater at 12:09 because it had not shown up. EZCater tried to help by calling the driver and the restaurant to see where the order/food was. They were unable to get in touch with either. I tried to calle the restaurant at 909 946 6548 and 909 982 8878 several times but no one ever answered. Eventually we left our event and drove to the restaurant where the delivery driver was there with the food saying he was unable to find us at our location. I know I listed a harder to find delivery location but I did leave two contact names and numbers in addition to detailed instructions. No one ever called me or the other contact. We had the food about an hour after the scheduled time. Utensils were included but not plates, luckily we brought our own. Items were individually packaged and we assumed (and preferred) it would be more catering style like a platter.
