I am not onsite and am ordering for our Salisbury office from Boston, MA. I can usually count on the caterers on EZcater to properly account for headcounts but after ordering sandwich, cookies and a variety of salads I have heard the sandwich's are soggy. (toma, mayo, and mustard should be on the side), the salads are too large and the amount of sweets could feed the whole office for a week. This for me would not be a problem but when you order for 40 and you get food for 80 and only have one person to do the clean up this can be a challenge and my associate who was my boots on the ground was overwhelmed by the amount of food. This is not a bad thing for most offices I would assume but was a challenge when you are in a time crunch and have only a few hands for cleanup. I will try them again but after I place my order will call to ensure proper headcount. As far as quality I have no complaints as everything was top notch from what I have heard.

This was my first order from this caterer and would give them another try. My only issue would be that they should keep any items that make the sandwich's soggy on this side (i.e. mayo, mustard tomato's). They should maybe also use portion control on the cookie and brownie front. There was such and over abundance for the headcount that it was more than triple of what we needed. Aside from that the quality and freshness is a definitive reason to try them again.

Everyone LOVED the breakfast and said it was delicious! Beautiful presentation as well. Will use again for certain.
