So disappointed in this vendor. I had placed my cater order well in advance, it was confirmed and everything. The day of my event, after reaching out to customer service because the delivery was late, they let me know that they were going to be 45 minutes late. My event had started and I had 50 people waiting for boba. I accepted it as stuff happens but then at 7:30pm, they only bring me half my order and I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for the other half. I got a refund, which im grateful for, but my event was completely ruined and ran significantly later than anticipated. Will never risk ordering a cater order from here. The delivery person was kind and for that, im grateful for.
