Food was fresh and authentic, very large portions. They did forget serving utensils which was a mild issue.

The caterer showed up over an hour late and the food was cold. No serving utensils were provided. I ordered assorted sodas and they brought a case of Mountain Dew. Salsas provided weren't labeled so my team didn't know if they were spicy or mild. Incredibly disappointed with this caterer.
