The food was very good, but the zen salmon tray that is supposed to serve 18 DOES NOT FEED 18. They sent 15 very small salmon pieces, not enough to even feed 15. I had to stand and police folks to only take one piece. What an awkward situation! They were so small, people naturally wanted 2 pieces. When I contacted EZCater to complain that there was not enough food, the caterer mentioned that the food is by weight, not by person. So then, the caterer should not say that they are feeding 18 people with a large tray. The food was delicious, it just wasn't enough. You would have to order extra if you wanted to order this dish
