This is the first order I’ve placed through EZCater that has been a major disappointment. The restaurant forgot an entire “make your own taco” order that was supposed to serve 10 people, leaving us short on food for our team lunch. We called immediately, but it took over an hour for the missing items to arrive, and they weren’t delivered until after the luncheon had ended. As the person who organized the event, this reflected poorly on me in front of my boss. The packaging was also unacceptable. The beans were wrapped to prevent leaks, but the corn wasn’t. Both containers leaked, soaking the cardboard box until it fell apart and spilling corn everywhere. My clothes were drenched with corn juice while carrying everything inside. This experience was stressful, unprofessional, and far below the level of service I expected.
