My experience with Taco Rock was extremely disappointing and stressful. They were supposed to arrive at 11:30 and did not show up until 11:51. I ordered utensils, plates, etc., and expected serving utensils to be included with the order. They were not. I also thought for the majority of our lunch time that part of my order wasn't delivered. I later found out that it was delivered, but mislabeled as dessert. We had no idea because we didn't open the dessert containers until people were finished with their lunch. They also didn't bring the ice that I ordered.

The food was fresh and delicious, and the office thoroughly enjoyed lunch! Thank You!

The food was on time and very good. The description of how much to order needs to be updated since it was very confusing. I should have ordered more.

The amount of taco bar that I ordered said that it would feed 24 people. The food that arrived would maybe feed 10-12 people. When I messaged EZCater, I was told that was an estimate and next time I should order individual orders. The office had leftovers from the previous day they had to pull out. I was so embarrassed. Never again. If you are stating that it will feed 24 people, it should be enough for that many people.

Delivery was through doordash and was delivered to the wrong place. Food was great once it got to us.
