On time with napkins and plates, when I forgot to ask. Food was hot and delicious!! Service was friendly and efficient. Highly recommend.

Plenty of food, but we were missing some items. The delivery driver was great, despite the store poorly packing the food.

My experience with Taco Rock was extremely disappointing and stressful. They were supposed to arrive at 11:30 and did not show up until 11:51. I ordered utensils, plates, etc., and expected serving utensils to be included with the order. They were not. I also thought for the majority of our lunch time that part of my order wasn't delivered. I later found out that it was delivered, but mislabeled as dessert. We had no idea because we didn't open the dessert containers until people were finished with their lunch. They also didn't bring the ice that I ordered.

The food was on time and very good. The description of how much to order needs to be updated since it was very confusing. I should have ordered more.
