My delivery time goes by and I reach out to EZ Cater. After some phone calls I am informed that the order way not ready when the driver showed up. 30 minutes after the delivery is schedule I am told the order is ready. By this time I cancel the order because it would still take another 30 minutes to get here, being an hour late. I feel this is something communication could have fixed, not waiting for me to call after the scheduled time.
