The taco salads were a hit! Everyone raved about them. I got many compliments on the food from the staff about the food. I didn't like how it was packaged necessarily because it made it difficult to have two separate buffet lines because the items were not in duplicate trays. Also, the taco bowl shells were sent in bags and then the bags were in boxes. That was not ideal for serving. I had to move them all to trays. Luckily, I had extra trays. Also, they didn't send any serving utensils.
